Ordrivo is operated by an independent developer based in Sweden. These terms apply to the Ordrivo website and Ordrivo digital software products. Support contact: developer@ordrivo.com.

1. Digital product

Ordrivo is a digital WordPress software product for restaurant ordering and related restaurant workflows. No physical goods are supplied as part of the software purchase.

2. Licenses and plans

The features, permitted number of restaurant installations, price and license scope are those displayed for the selected plan at the time of purchase. Marketplace purchases may be subject to the marketplace's own license terms.

3. Payments

Payments may be processed by a Merchant of Record, payment provider or marketplace. The checkout page identifies the payment provider and applicable purchase terms. Taxes may be handled by the relevant Merchant of Record or payment provider where applicable.

4. Delivery

Digital software access or download information is provided electronically after a successful purchase or through the platform used for the purchase.

5. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining your WordPress website, hosting environment, backups, administrator credentials and lawful use of Ordrivo. You must not use the software for fraud, unlawful activity, abuse or infringement of third-party rights.

6. Compatibility

WordPress, hosting, browser, device, printer and third-party service compatibility can change over time. Product documentation and the sales page describe the supported functionality. Customers should verify any critical integration requirements before purchase.

7. Support

Support enquiries can be sent to developer@ordrivo.com. Reasonable efforts are made to respond promptly to legitimate customer requests.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to applicable law and the terms of the payment provider, Merchant of Record or marketplace used for the purchase. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

9. Intellectual property

Ordrivo software, branding, documentation and original website content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A purchase grants the applicable license to use the software; it does not transfer ownership of Ordrivo intellectual property.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated when the product, payment arrangements or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this website.
